(Q3) How much is the official registration fee in Taiwan?
(A3) A lump sum for 10 years' registration fee is US$83. An installment is optional which can be divided into 1-3 years' payment of US$33 and the payment of US$50 for 4-10 years.
(Q4) What will happen if a registered mark is not being use?
(A4) A cancellation of the registered mark might be filed by a third party after the mark has not being use for 3 years.
